– Dr. Philip Maffetone –

Tai Chi is a beautiful and gentle sequence of slow, soft and relaxing movements. Centuries of experience, and modern science, have proven that Tai Chi can help with balance, co-ordination, peace of mind, stress reduction, and help you to maintain a healthier body.

You will also learn Qigong exercises for health and fitness – these exercises are from a long tradition of Chinese health exercises, it has been suggested that some of the exercises may date back by as much as three thousand years. Whatever their history, their ability to promote health and fitness is such that they are practiced all over the World.
